[2012] EWHC 606 (Admin)

A district judge erred in concluding that a defendant had intended to cause his victim to believe that unlawful violence would be used against him, contrary to the Public Order Act 1986 s.4(1), where he had approached the victim in such a way that he had not realised that he was about to be attacked.
