[2009] EWHC 279 (Admin)

A European arrest warrant which did not include particulars of a previous European arrest warrant was valid where a subsequent decision that it was sufficient for the warrant to include particulars of the domestic decision on which it was based had to be applied retrospectively to the relevant warrant.
