The LSC has launched a further consultation on Market Stability Measures.

The consultation is about setting rotas for duty solicitors at police stations from July to September 2007.

These rotas are a temporary measure to ensure market stability during these months before new arrangements come into place in October.

The consultation closes on 18 May 2007.
