[2007] EWCA Crim 1927

A judge erred in discharging a without notice restraint order made at the request of an Iranian criminal investigating judge on the basis of the non-disclosure at the without notice stage of the fact that the request came from the military branch of the Iranian judicial organization without considering whether he had been deliberately deceived or if the omission had any bearing on the merits of the making of the order.
