[2010] EWHC 1713 (Admin)

A judge had been right to conclude that evidence relating to a charge of careless driving under the Road Traffic Act 1988 s.3 was so inherently unreliable that it would be impossible for any reasonable tribunal to convict the defendant. Although there was some evidence pertaining to the quality of the defendant's driving, the judge was right to look at the evidence in its entirety.
