Magistrates had erred in law in holding that an individual had provided a specimen of breath that was sufficient to meet the requirements of the Road Traffic Act 1988 s.11(3) , as required by s.7(1)(a) of the Act, despite his not having blown directly and his having provided eight specimens of breath that a breath analysis machine registered as incomplete.
