[2009] EWHC 1542 (Admin)

A magistrates' court had erred in refusing to allow the Crown to adduce evidence of an alleged offender's disqualification from driving in relation to an allegation of driving whilst disqualified. The evidence of disqualification related to the facts of the alleged further offence and not as evidence of bad character.
