[2006] EWHC 3450 (Admin)

A magistrates' court had been entitled to reject the defendant's application to adjourn his trial on a charge of driving over the limit so that he could gather evidence to rebut prosecution evidence, as he had received sufficient disclosure of the prosecution's case and the prosecution evidence caused no unfairness.
