[2011] EWHC 873 (Admin)

An extradition order did not breach the European Convention on Human Rights 1950 art.2 or art.3 where there was no evidence of sufficient strength to displace the assumption or presumption that the respondent state would meet its Convention obligations to protect the individual from inter-prisoner violence on his return.
