[2010] EWHC 1953 (Admin)

The "prosecutor" was confined to the police and the Crown Prosecution Service for the purposes of the Computer Misuse Act 1990 s.11 in proceedings where a private investigator had been involved in the gathering of evidence prior to police involvement and there was an issue regarding the time limits for bringing the prosecution.
