Constance Briscoe sentenced to 16 months in jail
PUBLISHED May 5, 2014Constance Briscoe, Britain's most senior black woman judge, has been sentenced to 16 months in jail after being found guilty at the Old Bailey of lying to police investigating the Chris Huhne speeding points scandal.
