A magistrates' court had been entitled to order the extradition of an individual accused of sexual assault in the requesting state where there were no reasons to conclude that his extradition would be oppressive or unjust by reason of the passage of time, no basis for believing that he faced a real risk of inhuman or degrading treatment on his return and no extraneous considerations.
