BRIAN STEPP v (1) UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (2) SECRETARY OF STATE FOR THE HOME DEPARTMENT (2006)

PUBLISHED May 18, 2006
SHARE

An extradition order was not in breach of the Extradition Act 2003 s.95 as there was evidence that the United States of America would consult the United Kingdom as the sending state if they wished to bring charges that had not formed part of the extradition order. Speciality arrangements were therefore in place.
