The Crown Prosecution Service was liable for a receiver's remuneration and expenses that had been incurred as a result of restraint and receivership orders made under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 s.41 and s.48(2), where an appeal court had found that there had been no arguable case for making those orders.
