Boy racers face threat of £1,000 fines

Supercar season in Knightsbridge could be facing the chequered flag. Wealthy visitors from the Gulf import their latest Ferrari or Lamborghini for the sole purpose of racing the high-powered machines through the narrow streets of the select London suburb — but the local council has finally acted on complaints from residents, and the boy racers now face fines of up to £1,000.
