Young neds are to be taught how to behave in a £500,000 scheme set to be launched by the Executive.

Five hundred young offenders will attend a 'bootcamp' to perform a series of mental and physical tasks. The 'Constructs' project comes after ministers pulled funding from a similar 'last-chance saloon' scheme just seven months ago.
Executive backing for the Airborne Initiative, which featured in the BBC documentary Chancers, was withdrawn in March.
