A clampdown on nuisance neighbours, including measures to improve the way some parents bring up their children, is to be announced by the government.

Extensions of existing anti-social behaviour orders (Asbos), compulsory parenting classes and eviction threats will be included in the new crackdown.
Ministers say they aim to rehabilitate Britain's worst nuisance families.
