[2012] EWHC 1322 (Admin)

In determining that blood draw procedures had been correctly followed in a drink driving case, the magistrates had been entitled to rely on officers' evidence that correct procedures had been followed and to reject the defendant's evidence that they had not, even though the MGGDA form, on which officers were required to record the procedures, had not been correctly filled out.
