The Home Secretary's order extraditing the applicant offender to France was beyond any criticism by way of judicial review. The mere fact that it might be difficult to prove the alleged extradition offences, having regard to the passage of time, could not serve to impugn as made in bad faith an application for extradition made some years previously.
