Sentences of four years' imprisonment for a count of robbery and two years for another count of robbery, to be served consecutively, imposed on one offender, and a sentence of three-and-a-half years' imprisonment for one count of robbery imposed on another offender were appropriate where the offenders had significant criminal records and there were a number of salient aggravating features, which included elements of premeditation and planning and use of a baseball bat to frighten and intimidate the victims in their own homes.
