[2004] EWCA Crim 398

An 18 month suspended sentence for possession of class A drugs with intent to supply and possession of class A drugs was unduly lenient and a sentence of three years' imprisonment would be substituted. Despite the substantial mitigation no exceptional circumstances had been identified which justified suspending the sentence.
