Although it allowed the Attorney-General's reference to review as unduly lenient a sentence of two-and-a-half years' imprisonment for an offence of robbery where the respondent had robbed a local shopkeeper at knifepoint at night, the sentence was not one with which the Court of Appeal felt it right to interfere.
