[2004] EWCA Crim 886

A community punishment order of 80 hours and a community rehabilitation order for an offence of robbery were unduly lenient. Given the aggravating features a sentence of two and a half years should have been imposed at the time of sentence, however, taking into account double jeopardy a sentence of 12 months would be substituted.
