A sentence of four-and-a-half years' imprisonment imposed on an offender for causing death by dangerous driving was unduly lenient where the offender had engaged in racing or competitive driving with the deceased and had driven off in an attempt to avoid detection. The sentence was increased to six-and-a-half years' imprisonment.
