[2006] EWCA Crim 2827

Sentences of three years nine months' and five years' imprisonment imposed on two defendants for possession of firearms were unduly lenient. A sentence of seven years' imprisonment was appropriate where the defendant was convicted and a sentence of five years' where the defendant had pleaded guilty.
