Sentences of 30 months' imprisonment concurrent for nine offences of supplying heroin and one offence of being concerned in the supply of heroin committed while on bail for possession with intent to supply were unduly lenient and should have been imposed consecutively to, rather than concurrent with, the sentence for the earlier offence.
