[2004] EWCA Crim 1532

A notional determinate sentence of 12 years for firearm offences was unduly lenient and was increased to 16 years, and the specified minimum period after which the offender could make an application to have his case considered by the parole board was unduly lenient and was increased from four-and-a-half years to six years.
