[2004] EWCA Crim 1883

A two year supervision order was unduly lenient for offences of robbery, attempted robbery and possession of an imitation firearm. Taking into account double jeopardy, and giving an increased discount for the fact that the defendant had not been in custody and had completed part of the order, the sentence would be increased to one of 21 months' detention.
