[2011] EWCA Crim 640

A sentence of three-and-a-half years' imprisonment imposed on a man who pleaded guilty to the manslaughter of his four-month-old son was unduly lenient and was replaced by a sentence of five years' imprisonment, in light of the decision in R. v Burridge (Michael Dennis) [2010] EWCA Crim 2847, [2011] 2 Cr. App. R. (S.) 27.
