[2010] EWCA Crim 940

A total sentence of seven years' imprisonment for offences of robbery and aggravated vehicle-taking, to which the offender pleaded guilty, was unduly lenient taking proper account of all the aggravating features associated with the offences. The appropriate total sentence was one of 10 years' imprisonment.
