A five-year sentence was substituted for a three-year one where a defendant had been found guilty of three counts of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs, one count to supply Class B drugs, and two counts to supply Class C drugs, the whole having a street value of ?147,000. The sentence had been unduly lenient in the light of the extreme lateness of most of the guilty pleas offered.
