Appeal over Op Cotton set for today

The Court of Appeal will hear the challenge by the Financial Conduct Authority to the stay in R v Crawley and Others today at 10.30am. The court will comprise Sir Brian Leveson and Lords justice Treacy and Davis.

His Honour Judge Leonard QC stayed the case at Southwark Crown Court as none of the defendants was represented, due to fee cuts.
