Anti-social orders 'are ignored'

Local authorities are failing to use existing powers to tackle the problem of nuisance neighbours, BBC Scotland has learned.

Unruly neighbours are making life unbearable in homes across Scotland, according to the Scottish Executive.
But a Frontline Scotland investigation found that a quarter of councils have not issued a single anti-social behaviour order (ASBO).
