Allen & Overy lawyers ‘put pressure on witness’ before bribery trial
PUBLISHED March 27, 2014A judge is to decide whether two lawyers from a leading City law firm should be referred to the solicitors’ disciplinary body over allegations that they placed “substantial pressure” on a witness in a major bribery trial.
