ADAMCZYK v POLAND (2013)

It was contrary to the Extradition Act 2003 s.2(3) to require a person's extradition merely to pursue an investigation where no decision had been made that prosecution should follow. Having regard to the full wording of the wording of a European arrest warrant in the instant case and the knowledge that it was from a judicial authority, the court did not regard it as ambiguous to the extent that it required extraneous information and was satisfied that the warrant complied with s.2(3).
