Surveillance evidence by police of a number of visitors, for short periods, to a property where the occupier was later charged with supplying drugs was plainly evidence from which an inference could have been drawn that drug dealing had been taking place at the property even though no evidence had been adduced that any of those visitors had drugs on them when they left the premises.
