[2006] EWHC 2683 (Admin)

The Supreme Court Act 1981 s.29(3) had to be given its ordinary meaning and in the instant case the trial judge's decision to detain the claimant as a witness pending receipt of further evidence was a matter relating to a trial on indictment and accordingly was not subject to judicial review.
