[2007] EWCA Crim 236

The court reiterated that it was not appropriate, after a seizure of cash had been made and a forfeiture order made, for judges to proceed by the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 s.23 as a means of effectively appealing against an original finding that an item of property was realisable property.
