[2007] EWCA Crim 987

A sentence of imprisonment for public protection with a minimum term of four years was appropriate in the case of the appellant, who had pleaded guilty to robbery and having an imitation firearm with intent after breaking into the home of a student, pointing a handgun at her and escaping with her laptop.
