[2007] EWCA Crim 2634

A sentence of two years' imprisonment was unduly lenient where an offender had run a small-scale drugs business from his home and possessed two prohibited weapons. However, a suspended sentence had been appropriate in the case of another offender who had made significant progress in his drug rehabilitation and where custodial sentences had been demonstrated to be ineffective.
