[2007] EWCA Crim 2923

Where an offender breached a suspended sentence order, the Criminal Justice Act 2003 Sch.12 para.8 prevented the court from revoking that order and imposing a term of imprisonment greater than the term of the sentence which was subject to the suspended sentence order.
