[2009] EWHC 2671 (Admin)

The imposition of a polygraph condition on an offender released from prison on conditional licence did not amount to a breach of his rights under the European Convention on Human Rights 1950 art.8 as the condition was justified by the seriousness of the crimes for which he was convicted and his conduct.
