[2009] EWCA Crim 2797

A total sentence of 12 months' imprisonment imposed following pleas of guilty to one count of producing a Class B drug and one count of possession of a Class B drug was manifestly excessive where the offences involved the small-scale cultivation of cannabis for personal use by the offender and his friends.
