[2010] EWCA Crim 1737

The activation of the entire period of a 32-week suspended sentence, following the commission of further offences during its operational period, was reduced to the activation of eight weeks. The judge had not considered, in accordance with R. v Zeca (Raul Joao) [2009] EWCA Crim 133, [2009] 2 Cr. App. R. (S.) 65, the offender's performance of community requirements attached to the suspended sentence order.
