[2011] EWCA Crim 32

The imposition of post-conviction antisocial behaviour orders was justified in the case of each of four appellants who had been involved in open street drug dealing. The ASBOs were not simply directed at future drugs offending but at the nuisance, fear and intimidation which were conducive and preparatory to open drug-dealing.
