[2012] EWCA Crim 1289

A sentence of three months' imprisonment for an offence of possession of indecent photographs of children was appropriate in the case of a defendant who had downloaded the images whilst searching for adult pornography, who was of previous good character, and who presented a low risk of re-offending.
