[2012] EWCA Crim 1779

A 12-month sentence of imprisonment suspended for two years was appropriate in the case of an offender who had pleaded guilty to the burglary of commercial premises and asked for six further offences to be taken into consideration. The offender had committed the offence shortly after his release from prison, when he had had no accommodation and had been struggling to adjust to life in the community.
