A charge libelling culpable homicide in the context of the supplying, or administration, of a controlled drug was relevant only if the Crown offered to prove that the supplying or administration was, in the circumstances, reckless, where the act of supplying could not itself, in the context of culpable homicide, be regarded as an offence against the persons supplied.
