[2012] EWCA Crim 1589

A sentence of 16 months' imprisonment for sexual assault was reduced to one of eight months' imprisonment to take account of the absence of aggravating factors and to give full credit for the offender's guilty plea tendered at the first opportunity, even though the incident had been captured on CCTV footage.
