Appeal against conviction involving ten years' imprisonment where the defendant had no opportunity of knowing or challenging the prosecutor's supporting evidence on an application that the jury should be protected from being nobbled or the judge's order when he directed the jury should have the highest level of protection. *PETITION FOR LEAVE TO APPEAL DENIED.
